I started today! Had a good first workout on the exercise bike at work.
EXERCISE: 26 minutes bike/three sets of 10 pushups and 15 crunches
WEIGHT: Did not have access to an accurate scale today. I'm estimating 240-something

Wow, are you psychic? I hadn't mentioned working out again and neither had you, but I just started about a week before you did! My main concern is getting back into decent shape, not necessarily having one. My starting weight is 215, could be around 180 in a few months?
ReplyDeleteDaily minimum is 1 mile jog, 50 pushups, 25 situps - minimum. Weekly min is 10 miles, 500/250 for now and will increase a little every week until I'm in decent shape. I'll post my weekly results to keep myself honest, too. May the Force be with us.
